Mohamed is the Treasurer of Islamic Development Bank, responsible for the Bank’s treasury investments, capital markets operations and oversees the bank annual funding program. He leads a global team of capital markets professionals in the prudent management of Sukuk portfolios; asset portfolios, global sukuk issuance, as well as hedging and risk management transactions.

Mohamed also serves as board member of Bosna Bank International, ASMA capital Bahrain and IDB Infrastructure fund. Mohamed also chairs the International Capital Market Association MENA committee.

Mohamed holds MBA from the École Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées in France and MSc Finance from Bradford School of Management – University of Bradford.
