Our 2026 Assessment of Value

We are pleased to publish our seventh annual Assessment of Value report, covering our 41 UK-domiciled funds using data as at 30 June 2026.

This year, we have streamlined the report to make it easier for investors to understand the value their fund provides, the conclusions we have reached and the actions we are taking to improve investor outcomes.

Some of the improvements we have made since last year include:

  • UK Growth and Income Fund: We reduced the Fund’s annual management charge in February 2026 following our review of its charging structure. This has reduced the costs paid by investors and improved the overall value offered by the Fund. The Fund has been assessed as providing good value this year
  • Global Responsible Multi-Asset Cautious Fund: Last year's Assessment of Value identified an opportunity to review the Fund's fees to ensure investors were receiving appropriate value when compared with comparable products and services. Following this review, a reduction in fees was implemented in June 2026, improving the value proposition for investors through lower ongoing charges
  • Review of legacy retail share classes: We have reviewed our share class range to help ensure investors have access to appropriate and competitive charging arrangements. A number of legacy share classes have subsequently been closed or consolidated. We will continue to review our share class range to identify opportunities to improve outcomes for investors
  • Clearer investor communications: In line with Consumer Duty, we have simplified this year’s Assessment of Value report and continued to review our wider fund communications and disclosures. Our aim is to provide information that is clear, accessible and helps investors understand their investments and make informed decisions

The table below presents our overall assessment, highlighting that most funds and share classes provide value. Nonetheless, the report also identifies funds and share classes that only partially deliver value. For these, we have outlined the actions taken and the areas where we have identified further opportunities to improve value for investors.
