Reaching the peak: toward better perspective

Welcome to our quarterly update. I’m pleased to share with you the findings of our latest Strategic Forum – that defines our views on the world’s economies and markets for the months to come.

In our view, the current period of stress hides a better situation over the next twelve months, with improved valuations supporting long-term investment cases. In other words, we think that it is critical to focus on how much bad news is already discounted. Indeed, it implies being very selective, both at asset class and individual stock levels.

Global Chief Investment Officer

This publication captures the outcomes of our quarterly Global Strategic Forum that convened in October for three days of analysis and debate to formulate our forecasts and strategies for the months to come.
